- Be clear on objectives. It’s impossible to make a difference if we don’t agree what success will look like.
- Build your culture, corporate values and approach to Training & Development into everything we do and the methodology used. When we work with you we become your company and your representative.
- Focus on value for money. We understand you have a limited budget and are expected to demonstrate outstanding results. We will ensure that every penny spent counts and works to benefit the organisation.
- Concentrate on practical application. Underpinning understanding of the principles/theory is important, but what matters is the participants 'real world'. We work hard to tailor the input to reflect the specific environment in which individuals work.
- Encourage participation through highly interactive and engaging inputs. We don’t like the sound of our own voices.
- Challenge individuals and work with them to help them get the best out of any development intervention. Training requires energy and commitment; it was never meant to be easy.
- Follow-up and be available. Our relationship doesn’t stop at the point we finish a particular piece of work. The sponsoring manager and participants can contact us at any time for ongoing support and advice. We want to help people apply their learning.
- Make it fun and keep it simple. Effective development should be relevant, interesting and fun. It doesn’t need to be complex or stuffy.
